We accept returns if the item you purchased has been wrongly dispatched. All return requests must be within 30 days from the invoice and require a return authorization number from our accounting department. If you receive a wrongly dispatched item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed explanation and pictures of the item. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement (if it is possible) as a result of the wrong item claim. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
- Restocking Fee
All items are subject to up to 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: Electronic parts and/or items correctly dispatched.

Refunds do not include any freight, shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or proforma invoice. Shipping/freight charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

This is an Authorization-Only-Transaction. This means that after placing your order, shipping costs will be added to your order and VAT/BTW (21% if applies). The Order Status will be change from “Processing” to “On Hold” and you will have the opportunity to review your order, including the shipping costs. If you decide not to proceed, your order will be cancelled. If you authorize your order including shipping costs, and the payment has been received in order, the status of your order will be change from “Pending Payment” to “Processing”. The transaction will be marked as “Completed” after the item has been shipped. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your payment will be refunded using the original method of payment.

All items In-Stock are shipped within 24 to 72 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm (Amsterdam time). Exceptions will be notified.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Local Postal Services will not have tracking numbers.
- Freight, Shipping and Handling Costs
Freight, Shipping and Handling costs are based on the weight of your order, dimensions of the product(s), delivery address and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. After completing the payment method, your order will be put “On Hold” awaiting for the shipping costs to be added. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any extra charges.
VAT (BTW 21%) will be added if applies.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses mainly in Europe and the United States. We also accept orders from international customers.
An estimated delivery time can be provided to you once your order is authorized. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date that the item was ship out, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery time provided of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our e-commerce platform server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
