By using our platform you agree to the Terms of Service including our additional Terms of Services stated below (Returns, Payment, Shipping/Delivery and Privacy) (collectively, “Terms”)
We accept returns if the item you purchased is defective or has been wrongly dispatched. All return requests must be within 30 days from the invoice and require a return authorization number from our accounting department. If you receive a defective or wrongly dispatched item, please e-mail us at email@example.com with a detailed explanation and pictures of the item. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect or wrong item claim. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
- Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: Electronic parts and/or items correctly dispatched.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or proforma invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

This is an Authorization Only Transaction. This means that after you placed your order the (Credit Card/PayPal) Transaction will be Held for Review Shipping Cost and VAT (if applies). The Order Status will be changed from Pending Payment to On Hold. VAT (BTW 21%) is charged if the transaction is made in the Netherlands. The Shipping Costs for your Order will be add manually and send via email, and you will have a chance to not authorize your order. If you decide not to, your order will be cancelled. At this point no charges has been made to your Credit Card/PayPal account. If you authorize the shipping costs the status of your order will be changed from On Hold to Processing. The transaction will be Completed after the item has been shipped and payment method charged. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your payment will be refunded using the original method of payment.
Authorization Only Transaction Process:
Pending Payment – Order placed and payment method approved (payment method not charged yet)
On Hold – Waiting to add manually shipping costs
Processing – Order authorized (item ready for shipping)
Completed – Order shipped (payment method charged)
Cancelled – Order not authorized
Refunded – Order refunded
Failed – Payment failed
All items In-Stock are shipped within 24 to 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 3pm (Amsterdam time).
Commonly we use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, dimensions of your product(s), delivery address and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. After completing the payment method, your order will be put On Hold awaiting for the shipping charges to be added manually. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any extra charges.
VAT (BTW 21%) is applied in the Netherlands (local tax).
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in Europe and United States. We also accept orders from international customers.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is authorized. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the estimated delivery time provided of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
