Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is the use of a computer systems to assist in the creation, modification, analysis and optimization of a design. CAD software is used to increase the productivity of the designer. Helps improve the quality of design, the communications through documentation and create a database for manufacturing. CAD output is often presented in the form of electronic files for printing, machining or other manufacturing operations.

CAD is used in the design of machinery, mainly for detailed engineering of 3D models and/or 2D drawings of physical components, but it is also used throughout the engineering process from conceptual design and layout, through strength and dynamic analysis of assemblies to definition of manufacturing methods of components. Furthermore many CAD applications now offer advanced rendering and animation capabilities so engineers can better visualize their product designs. However, it involves more than just shapes. As in the manual drafting of technical and engineering drawings, the output of CAD must convey information, such as materials, processes, dimensions, and tolerances, according to specifications and regulations.

This computer system assists us in the creation, modification, analysis, optimization and testing the capabilities of any heavy equipment and/or components before building anything.  Any design can be tested in the early stages and show the toughest challenges, reducing errors. Every developed step can be traceable to final delivery, showing all the processes implemented and demonstrating the optimal efficiency of the new product designed.

The use of CAD increases product design complexity, eliminate design and manufacturing steps, shorten prototyping and analysis time.


Fuel Lube Truck

When we talk about heavy equipment, we are referring to machines designed to perform specific tasks in the workplace. Eventually everything related to the heavy equipment has been developed with a view to facilitate the job and simplify the life of contractors. But there is a part that has been getting complicated, the maintenance of the heavy equipment!

Every time manufacturers release a new machine, several new parts are launched. That’s why we have given ourselves the task of rethinking the uses of the current machines. If a company has in its possession a high-performance heavy equipment, well let’s redesign them for other jobs making simple the stock parts as much as possible.

Redesigning heavy equipment allows the machine to perform other functions simplifying the purchase of spare parts. The main idea is to maintain the base of the equipment unchanged, which facilitates the purchase of spare parts. Every company needs to have spare parts on hand, fast and easy, otherwise it means losses in many ways.

Of course, re-engineering heavy machinery needs to be done professionally, maintaining the performance of the equipment and most importantly safely.

  • Welding Tractor -Wheel kit

This Welding Tractor is based on a Caterpillar 360B 4WD tele-handler, equipped with a 7.2 Hiab crane, 180 LPM air compressor, 100 Kw Caterpillar Olympian generator, Hydraulic cylinder lifters and empty compartments for tool boxes.

The rear fenders are designed to carry the weight of 2 electric welding machines on each fender. As per request depending on size and brand of the welding machines we fit an enclosed box for weather protection.

This revolutionary State-Of-the-Art Welding Tractor was designed to be used as an emergency machine.  This 4WD tractor can go anywhere on the job-site very fast with a top speed of 32 km/h.

This Welding Tractor is based on a Caterpillar Hydro-static 953 crawler loader, equipped with a 7.2 Hiab crane, 180 LPM air compressor, 60 Kw hydraulic driven generator and empty compartments for tool boxes.

  • Pipelayer conversion bulldozer kit 1 (on a Cat D9H) – 100 Tons Lifting Capacity

This pipelayer is a conversion kit based on one of the most powerful conventional track-type tractor, the Caterpillar D9H bulldozer.
